1. Light your candle and take 3 slow breaths.

2. On the paper, write one area of your life that feels unclear or tangled.

3. Fold the paper and hold it between your hands.

5. Dip your fingers into the bowl of water and lightly touch your forehead (third eye) and throat.

6. Place the folded paper under the candle and let it sit there until the candle burns down safely.
